Headaches can be caused by a number of things, from intracranial pressure, forward head posture, problems of the cervical spine, neuromuscular reflexes causing referred pain, ect. Basically your body is telling you something and you need to find out what it is and have the problem taken care of! The best thing you could do is see a chiropractor for this problem. They have the highest success rate for reducing the number and frequency of headaches. An upper cervical chiropractor is your best bet.
Good luck!

I usually have one of 3 reasons for headaches.
1) Dehydration
2) Caffeine withdrawl
3) Head trauma

I try to not throw pain killers at any of them.

Cheers.

Dehydration? I know it is when you're heads pounding with from a hangover and your body has taken moisture from the brain, so it shrinks causing ouchiness! :P
