You should see a psychiatrist about depression. It sounds pretty clear that these health problems have got you down in a big way It then gets harder to manage with everyday life situations because your emotions are all messed up.
If left alone the problems keep getting bigger and more often until the depression makes you just want to give up.
On the subject of your suicide threats, I don't think you need to worry too much about them as true suicidal tendencies end in tradgedy. Without probably knowing it your mind has pushed you to tell someone you were going to kill yourself, which is just it's way of screaming out for help because you are not correctly understanding the underlying depressional problems that it is dealing with.
Often people will hide depression around others so that they will think that everything is OK, and by doing this it is like filling a bottle with flammable liquids.
The mind is the bottle and it has to overflow after a while when it constantly has all the bad stuff pushed in on top of the other bad stuff etc etc.
You will be fine if you can get some tablets to give your mind enough clarity to pull the bad stuff back out and deal with it piece by piece. It takes time but believe me, every piece you pull out and fix makes you feel excellent because your mind feels like it has dropped a heavy weight and you can feel the sanity returning.
I have been through exactly what I have mentioned above, that's all from experience. My mind felt like it was in the lowest darkest corners of hell due to this and I lived a constant nightmare 24/7 for about 7 months in the end before I went for help so please see a psychiatrist before you get worse.
Try it and see.
Hope this helps.

It is difficult to say so through the Internet.
I don't know you and nothing about your health issues but seeing the subject of your question, it is impossible for me to let it go without expressing my sympathy.
However, sometime some food complements like Omega 3, 6, 9, vitamins and magnesium supplies can give you a boost.
Don't expect it will totally go away only with this, though.
I keep thinking that a doctor can suggest you a therapist.
Of course, you can try the alternative way, but then pray to find someone honest.
Something which can also help is pouring your heart in a diary.
I am not a depressive type, but you know, even strong people have their setbacks. I had.
In one of the most difficult times of my life I found a book called the Artist's way written by Julia Cameron.
Even if you are not an artist, it is nice to have your creativity enhanced.
Then, I have the extrem luck to believe in angels...
I hope many people will react to you question.
And maybe one of our suggestions will enable you to find a way out of your loneliness....

First off, since you are LOOKING for help you are 99% of the way there to recovery...
Second, you can find people online, offline, in your school, in the library, at the local Church or Temple - just look around and pick someone you can trust - or pick someone totally random off the internet that you dont know and will never meet if its more comfortable for you.
And then TALK. Get everything out into the open. You may feel silly after a while, but we are talking about what is bothering YOU.
And finally, start trying to inject things that are FUN into your life - maybe its a little bit of escapism, but I like enjoying myself - and I think everyone does...

I am glad that you are still with us. I have suffered major depression myself and know how it feels to see a dark cloud over everything and feel hopeless about things ever getting better. The first thing you should do is get help from a doctor. Talk to anyone who cares about you if you have trouble making appointments or getting out to a doctor. When you call the doctor make certain you tell them how you are feeling so that they see you immediately. Medication will help you to begin on the road to recovery. You will be able to think clearly enough to start to eliminate negative influences from your life.

You probably need to talk to somebody - here are some numbers.
You can call 1(800) LIFENET for referral to a therapist.
You can call 1(800) SUICIDE or the Boys and Girls Town National Hotline 1(800) 448-3000 any time, day or night, if you need to talk
I hope you can find help ...and I'm glad you're still alive!
Things will get better!
Good luck!

If you are feeling like that NOW......call 911/ambulance.
If you aren't suicidal now, then get to a doctor as soon as you can. You need medication and counseling. I assume you had at least some counseling when you tried to kill yourself in May?
Let me also tell you.....suicide is the most SELFISH and COWARDLY thing you could ever do. Do you really want people to remember you as a selfish loser who took the cowardly way out?

Do not commit suicide. Whatever your reasons they arent good enough for the wake that follows its just selfish. Having lost the man I love just three weeks ago to suicide, I emplore you not to do that. Please seek professional help. It can work wonders and give you coping mechanisms and tools to help you with the underlying problems which cause these types of thoughts.
IF YOU ARE IN CRISIS AND NEED IMMEDIATE HELP,
please call 1-800-273-TALK (8255).
