Everytime I overtake a car,
its a victory for me the overtaker,
over the car passed.
It's like psychosocial warfare
But if the (German) road is empty
and I'm doing over 120 mph I fall into a focus
which is like a medative state.
I fall into the silence which is almost bliss.
This is so addictive how do I get rid of it?

View pictures of motorcycle accidents and people who have been killed on them. Post them on your walls and on your bike.

I am a shrink, have the same thing, so I started motorcycle racing on the track. Me and my R1 had gone 177 mph on the road, which isnt something you can keep doing and be safe and keep your driver's license.

Look up track days in your area and go out on the track. It is wonderful! No oncoming traffic, no poles, no gravel. You get your knee down in corners after a while and it is amazing! All of a sudden it is a sport. I quit riding on the street altogether and now JUST ride of the track in safe conditions with other like minded riders.

I am also a meditator, and I TOTALLY get what you are saying about the ZONE meditative state of it. Very good stuff. Get some good leathers, an Arai or Shoei helmet, armored boots and gloves, a spine protector under the leathers and GO FOR IT!

Have fun!
