How do you get a Chicken to whare Panty Hose???

I love my Chicken but its legs are so skiny and rugh I thought some Hose would help

If you have a real pet chicken and it has rougher than normal legs, you may want to check it for leg mites. They burrow under the scales on the chicken's legs and can cause them to flake up and be rough.

maybe consider an electric sander instead..would work like a really fast skin exfoliating agent ;o)
