Yes, the information exists. It's published by Nielson, I believe, and provides estimated spending levels by client company, by brand, by month, by media, and by city. However, that information is available only to subscribers and a subscription is, naturally, extremely expensive.
If this is for a school project, my suggestion would be to contact a large reputable ad agency near where you live and ask if they can provide that information to you. (Someone in media or account service could help). If it's for a business project, forget about getting it for free. In that case, contact Nielson directly and ask how much the information will cost.

i guess you can find this information in some advertising books; check cross cultural marketing , or any well known book, most of them they have the exact expenditure and the rating of most of the brands also countries in advertising
