Good hygiene...bathing daily and applying deodorant....goes a long way. If that doesn't work effectively, I'd definitely suggest she see a physician. There would have to be another cause.

The high protein diet, shur makes you smell bad. Bacon, coffee and lot's of other foods gives you a bad smell. Shave the hair from underarms and use a dedorant everyday. Male or female.
One lady was taking garlic oil tablets and ugh! or onions, just be careful what you eat.

Take good shower with antibacterial herbal shower cream.no spicy food and drink 2lit re of water a day
