Ortho appt #2?
Ok Ive been to an orthodontist once for a consulation and he alrady sent in an estmate so what are they going to do for the second appointment iam very curious and want to know

Do you get braced when you get all the molds ?

and how will he put a retainer with the braces he said he could do that anyway for te last how many apponitments did it take you to get braces? ok thanks @lot

If they made the molds then you will probably get them at the next visit. I got mine on the second appointment after the molds were made. if he is doing the retainer with the braces it probably is one you can't remove. Then the braces will be put on the front teeth at a later date. Relax it's not as bad as everyone makes it sound.........

Call his office. The receptionist will know what happens during the appointment, and she won't mind giving you details. That's her job! I had braces a long time ago, and I did not get my braces the day they did the molds. Retainers are normally put on after you've had the braces to maintain the new position of the teeth. The upper retainer is a removable device, and the lower retainer is cemented behind the six front teeth on the bottom. (That's how it used to be .... none of my children needed braces, so obviously things may have changed since I had them.)

The second time that you go for the Otho, they will check your braces to see if any have broken or ad a like a wire, and you can pick out the color of the bands that they will put on your braces. .

I know you are nervous about your braces, but people will reply to you if you give them a chance. Asking the same question over and over again is rude and against the terms of use.

actualy the second appointments is usually a meusuring appointment,so they can see what you need in your mouth,personally it took me 5 visits to get mine so,im guessing you got a couple of months

ok so see if dis is ur second session u if he hasnt pulled ur teeth out he will now and heez gonna make space and it hurts!!!!! so like bunk it
