The problem is that you are still growing and you body is still forming, so do not do it to excess otherwise you may be storing up problems for later years.

Don't try to become Charles atlas or Mr Universe just yet. Try to build a good foundation for the rest of your life.

NOT according to all of the studies that I have read. IT will help to build muscle which in turn expands the size of whatever area is worked the most. Have a great holiday!
