Here is what you do. Smile at her. Have you ever saw something you really liked, like an icecream cone you were about to eat? A big juicy steak you were about to eat? A present you were about to open? Think about that moment, you're eyes open a little wider right and you smile. That's exactly how you smile at her. Let her know when you look at her, you are imagining her being a big ice cream cone and you want to eat her up. Also, when you get close to her, look at her mouth. She will know that you really want to kiss those lips of hers. She will probably ask you why you look at her that way. "That's when she's opening the door". Tell her that it's difficult that you have to work with such a beautiful woman and you really can't wait any longer to ask her out. Every time I look at your mouth, all I think about is what a wonderfull kisser you must be." So what are you doing tomorrow night after work? She might say, "we work together, we can't date!" You say, what other people don't know, won't hurt them. So what time am I picking you up or did you just want to meet me some place?
Do not ask a "Yes or No" question. Ask only open ended questions, multiple choice questions where any answer gives you the answer you want. Do not take no for an answer, unless she says she has a boyfriend. Then back off, else you'll face sexual harrassment.

take a leep steven it is better to try than to wonder what could have happend. girls love guys that are confident. you should tell her she is beautiful then ask her if she would like to go out sometime. the worst thing that could happen is she will say now. but look at it this way you didn't loose anything your at the same spot you started. now if she says yes the your golden. take my advice is some good stuff.

If she likes you you will know. If a girl likes a guy she will give him signs. You know how it was in high school don't you? Well the working world is just like that. Girls and boys flirt they always will. Trust me if she likes you she will let you know when she is ready.

Have the guts to talk to her. Be friendly at first and as time goes by you will feel and you will know if she will like you. Just dont expect anything and it will fall into right places. If you're meant to each other, you will be! Goodluck!
