Does anyone agree with having friends with benefits in the workplace? I recently did and my head hurts now and I have been left in a right state.
I caught feelings for her and she didn't return them so aswell as losing a friend, I got a new job and this job felt boring without her around.

BAAADDDD idea.....this Friends w/Benefits in the work place.
Not only do you have to dodge the gauntlet of personal feelings getting involved and screwing w/your "Personal Life", but it can also MAJORLY screw w/your "Professional Life".
Unless that becomes part of your actual employment Benefit Package along w/health, dental, 401K etc...don't even think of it!
