Hmm, how deep an answer do you want?
There are people who are interested in the "Hermetic Secrets" who reckon that the "Universe is Mental" - in other words it is a mental creation of a higher being (God if you want).
It also makes a bit of sense in a few ways too, for the religious folks who want to belive that "God is everything" and then have the problem of "so what are we - if God is truly everything". You do not need to subtract anything to create mentally.
Of course WE can create mentally too. When you dream or daydream, you can create your own little sub worlds - albeit also only mental creations. The difference between the type of mental creation WE can do, and that of the one that creates us, is that we only have a very finite mind - when we stop thinking about our world it cease to exist - until we think of it again.
If you accept that the universe is mental, it does not mean that nothing exists - there is an absolute truth and a realtive truth. In an absolute sense, if you hit me on the head with a hammer it wil hurt. In an ABSOLUTE sense, then a mental creation simply hit another mental creation in the head - nothing REALLY happened - just as if YOU dream tonight of two people fighting, they never really exist except in your mind - but for them in your dream, if one hit the other with a hammer, it quite probably hurt!

possible but not probable unless some Higher power is having a nightmare and when they wake up or quit dreaming about us we die going to the next plane of existence.

no i don't believed this is a dream why don't you try it yourself if this is a dream just get a gun and shoot your head and let see if this is really a dream if you die then its real but if your alive then its really a dream world okay
