If you mean the long green beans this is what I do when I have a lot. I cut and slice them accordingly for the varying recipes I have, boil them a little bit and when cool, pack them in zip lock bags and and store in the freezer. I just take out whatever I need when it's required. Saves time too!

Put them in a bowl of icewater before you cook them for about 5 minutes to perk them up.

Put them in a large tupperware and seal it tightly with the lid before you store them in the fridge.

Cook and freeze them.........They taste just as fresh when you heat them up...
