I usually drink a protein shake for breakfast (somtimes nothing) Iget hungry around 11:00-12:00, but I am able to go on without eatin until 13:00. Will being hungry or not eating much during breakfast hurt my stomach or metabolism?

I'm like you and often forget to eat breakfast. I'm hardly ever hungry in the morning. I get hungry at night. I don't know if you're like that.

Either way, you really should eat breakfast. I have to make myself eat breakfast, but it's the nutrition you need for the day. It kick-starts your metabolism and gives you more energy.

If you have to skip a meal or lighten up on a meal, do dinner instead. Eating less at the end of the day is better, because you're going to go to sleep and burning very few calories.

They say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. It gives you energy and starts your metabolism. I have never eaten breakfast. I am not able to eat in the morning. If you drink a protein shake for breakfast then that is probably better than nothing. If I do eat breakfast then I am hungry all day long.

Breakfast should be your most important meal over the day. You should eat when you get up because the last time you ate before that is previous day's dinner, so your body goes without food for a long time. Skipping breakfast can hurt your stomach, especially in a way that when you don't ingest food, your stomach still works and digests itself (if there's no food in it). Eventually, you could end up having ulcers. Finally, you should take your protein from the food you eat for breakfast, not from your protein shakes. Protein shakes are good, but I would suggest you take them after your work outs, because that is the right time to feed your muscles.

Skipping breakfast will make you tired and grouchy throughout the day.It is also bad because it effects how you think.OK its bedtime you go to sleep say you wake up at 8:00 and get ready to leave and go.your stomach has had nothing in it for hours. It also starves your body of the nutrition it needs it effects your metabolism as well, instead of your body burning calories it saves more and more fat.

It will mess up your metabolism. Your body needs energy to make the met. work. That means food, eat some apples or a protein bar if its the onlything you can handle this early in the AM.
