It's true that sleeping for 8 hours is best,not more not less ,thats the point here.
Its seems that you have comparitively higher levels of melatonin,the substance that induces sleep.Try to combat it in yr own ways ,like take in loads of active work etc,but don't rely too much on caffeine to stay up.You are one of millions of individuals who are afflicted with this Hyper-somnia condition,so you have help available,dont' worry.Keep a fixed sleep pattern to keep yr circadian rythm on trial.

hello there, i too faced this problem earlier.
solution is simple keep your self busy, involve in some sort of work and sleep only at night.
i think this should do, i know its difficult that give it a try.
if you dont have any work to do then try chewing gum.

u shouldnt sleep that long... it,s not good for your kidney job and liver too
i read before that sleeping too much is sorta running away from the living world.. or from study or whatever
u can search what;s making u running away.. and jus face it `:)
