No, no cure.
Their are drugs that are effective at delaying the onset of death, but no cures.
Of course, you have to be able to afford the drugs, many American's cannot.

The point is, it is a virus, as is the common cold. Top scientists worked for something like 50 years on the common cold, and didn't find a cure.
Know rhe risks.

Nope. That's why it's so important to keep yourself from getting it. There are many new strains that have developed, some resist current treatments and can result in full blown AIDS more quickly.

Not yet, H.I.V has various forms and is able to mutate. Worry when the day comes when it is NOT digested by the mosquito's gut and WILL be passed to us through the plasmodium parasite.
