UTI's are caused by many things. Not drinking enough water, not cleaning properly. etc....You may have not ever really gotten over the last one you had. My advice is to start drinking water and cranberry or even grape juice. Try to avoid dark sodas. I worked in a nursing home and we were even able to clear up UTI's with fluid intake. Just try some home remedies first!

Did you finish all your antibiotics? It's important that you do. It could be that the antibiotics didn't clear it up completely. Of course if it becomes unbearable go back to the E.R. otherwise for the next two weeks drink lots of cranberry juice and you can buy an over the counter med that helps lessen the symptoms, but won't cure the UTI.

you may not have gotten a strong enough antibiotic, you probably need something stronger, you shouldn't wait for 2 more weeks you should been seen again asap, the uti can travel into your kidneys and then you will become very sick, so sick you will need to be admitted . definitely go back to the Dr and be seen before it gets to bad.

here's what you should do:
1. drink plenty of water
2. use cotton panties and chande it 2x a day
3. use vaginal wash as prescribed by your doctor
4. wash you "pee" from urethra down and not from the anus up.
if you wash from anus up, it will cause more infection because
anus is a lot dirty than the two openings located up of it.

If you can, take baking soda and water. I do not know why it works but for me it does...
