If you were seeing a girl really casually (only kissed eachother), not dating, but you really like her, how long would you leave it to ask her out on a date if you know she ended her relationship with her fiance of 6 years 8 months ago, but you dont know the reason why she ended the relationship?

This guy would be moving in a heck of alot faster if he wanted to pursue a romantic relationship with you. He may also be concerned about playing the role of 'rebound guy'. Another possibility is that he doesn't want to change the friendship. It's the holidays and you may be feeling lonely for that reason. Take some time for yourself and figure out what you want. Good Luck

I'd find out why the relationship ended firstly, so you don't put your foot into it, be there as a friend and comfort the lady, but not taking advantage at the same time!

Then you know how to approach her and not make the same mistakes! Learn from other peoples!

if she shows the signs of going further in the relationship then go with it. Don't read into it too much.

I wouldn't leave it and wouldn't care about the reasons of a break-up.

Never discuss the Ex, no good will come of it......
