How you feel if one of your family pass away ?

It is hard to explain. I recently lost a sister to cancer. I am relieved for her as she was in so much pain that it was a good thing when she went. At the same time I was feeling like I had a big hole left in my heart. I still find it hard to believe she is gone.

Been there....and its hard to really understand what you are feeling...i felt mad then sad, then mad again....after that its just depends. Depending on how close you were to the person...you'll think about all the good times, or the times that could have been better on your half. The best way to deal with your feelings is to talk about...and not be afraid to cry.

My dad past on 2 years ago, I was really upset but has to go becos I know if he has the opportunity to tell me as he is dead to cheer up and move on he would have done so.

my gf brother died 3 years ago today all she doese is bottle everything up i tell her to let it out but she cant. i dont know why she doesnt open up to me its this month of the year that really depresses her so she hides it so i cant see

It feels like your heart has a hole in it. The hole closes up eventually, but it always has a scar on it.
