Not necessarily. If it's clear that the poster simply has a limited command of English, I'll still give it a try (as long as I understand what's being asked and I have something to contribute); however, if the errors are due to laziness or indifference on the part of the questioner (I'm thinking of questions that say something like 'do my homework for me, and by the way I need it in powerpoint format'), I'll most likely move on to a more engaged questioner. The emotional tone of the question matters far more than perfect spelling or grammar.

I don't think it affects me one way or the other. In fact, sometimes a question which is so poorly spelt that it is hard to understand is more challenging. One has to be aware that some posters are not of English mother tongue and are doing their best. I think that it is greatly to a person's credit that he is prepared to do his best when under a linguistic, cultural or educational disadvantage, rather than hide away and not give it a go!

It depends. If it is truly a poor command of English by somebody who has it as a second language, then I will try.
However, a scrabbled question - or text speak - from somebody who should know better gets short shrift. Especially as there is a spell checker.

I'm actually more likely to answer to correct them on their poor grammar.
