Better be careful BOSS...civil law suits have brought down lots of men with arrogant attitudes just like you. All it takes is for one strong woman to realize you are a force that can be put in his place for others to jump on the band wagon and file a suit with EOE , and the state will hunt your sorry ah s !

Because we have to be. The work force has always made it more difficult for women to get ahead in the workplace. So we have to kiss some *** to get what we want. We're used to it so it because like seond nature to us. Sometimes I do it and dont even realize I'm doing it. Plus we got all the right moves and being women, we usually know what you want to hear.

Someday, you will be the defendant in a very big sexual harassment lawsuit - your female employees will get a lot of money (as will all the lawyers involved - yours and theirs), the board of directors will fire you (and sue you to recoup all the money they paid out in the settlement) and you will be poor, broke and lonely.
