Buy yourself healthy snacks that taste good. If they snacks are already weigh and portioned for you then you get the tatse and energy and the craving is gone but its enough. Also like everyone has said...WATER. You honestly can lose at least 10 pounds just buy cutting out pop. Buy a cute water bottle/jug and fill it with water and your goal for each day is to drink it all. Between your small snacks and water you will feel content all day! good luck!

The thing that keeps us all hungry is fast digestion. I Love carbohydrates BUT, they make you hungry so frequently.
Stop all breads, pastas, potatoes, rice and sweets. All of these are carbohydrates. It will take and day or two but the cravings will go away. You will be so much LESS hungry.
Eat Meats, eggs, hard cheeses and colored vegetables. You should also take a good multivitamin just to make up for any vitamins or minerals you might be missing. Just remember no white foods, interestingly enough when we stopped eating white foods we at almost no butter. Which helps a lot also.

I would try drinking more teas. green teas for example is known for picking up your metabalism give you energy since it has caffeine. It doesn't have as much caffeince as coffee so you can drink more of it and thus filling you up more. (without being all nervous) Cut the suppressants out. They might affect you in other ways. That might be the reason why you are getting hungry to be honest. It's simple--> your taking supressants to trick your body into thinking your full and then your body get's no energy so It asks for more. Just cause your broken gas gauge in your cars says it's on FULL doesn't mean your car with an empty gas tank will take you anywhere!! :) Good luck.

Try to keep yourself busy throughout the day. Concentrate on your work, Go out with friends, play some game on the computer. This will divert your attention from hunger. Also stay away from the kitchen and food stuffs.
Before your lunch drink some tea. It kills your hunger and you will not eat much. Eat fruits when you feel really hungry in between the meals. All the best!

You might try adding more protien to your meals, and instead of eating 3 times a day try eating 5 or 6 small meals and snacks a day,
What really worked for me was the Shapeworks Program.
I lost 30 pounds in 1 month and never felt hungry.

a good way to speed up your metabolism is to eat throughout the day say every 3-4 hours. of course they should be healthy snacks that you can indulge in every 3-4 hours and not be high in fat. like veggies, fruits, good carbs such as brown rice and whole wheat bread, lean pieces of chicken or fish, and other foods low in fat. dip your veggies in cottage cheese, make your own homeade sandwiches, put peanut butter on your celery, have a handful of almonds. you have lots of options. this really works and you won't go hungry.

Eat when your hungry but eat veggies or foods that don't have a high calorie count. Then you will be satisfying your hunger without depriving yourself.
Drink a glass of water before you eat and make sure its not that your craving water that is half of hunger pains water deprivation.

eat plenty of protein foods ie, meats ,cut out carbs ie potato's and bread crisp biscuits this will stop you feeling hungry,eat plenty of fruit and veg ,this i would only advise for a short time but i found it does reduce your hunger and you can eat has much meat and veg has you like , look at things you bye with carbohydrates, A good filling none carb breakfast ,egg bacon mushrooms toms IF you try to just have one slice of bread the program will not work ,good luck . katx
