Be true to your heart, and your partner, and say the simple yet loving 3 letter words "I LOVE YOU" It may sound too simple, but believe me, they mean alot when coming from your heart.

There are so many ways. You can send her an e-card, or paper card, write a poem, say the words "I love you" to her, put notes in her dresser drawers, give her flowers and many more.

depends on whom you want to say it to, does this person know you like them? if so, then why not just say you love them? if not, then start out slowly by telling them you have feelings before mentioning the 4-letter word. it eases the situation....

well if you really have felling for that person then you should just tell them " I love you", but you can also say "there so much to say about you but i just don't know how to say it...... i think you are really cool and i like you....... alot".
