In Ezekiel 21:27 of the KJV of the Bible, it says:
"I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him."
Ezekiel 21:25-27 in the NWT reads: "And as for you, O deadly wounded, wicked chieftain of Israel, whose day has come in the time of the error of the end, this is what the Sovereign Lord Jehovah has said, ‘Remove the turban, and lift off the crown. This will not be the same. Put on high even what is low, and bring low even the high one. A ruin, a ruin, a ruin I shall make it. As for this also, it will certainly become no one’s until he comes who has the legal right, and I must give it to him.’"
This, BTW, was a prophecy saying their would be no King on Jehovah's throne from the time Jerusalem was overthrown until Jesus, a legal (through his stepfather Joseph) and literal (through his mother Mary) descendant of King David, took up kingdom power and began to reign as Jehovah's appointed King at his specified time.
Prophetic Bible chronology indicates this took place in the year 1914; events since that time confirm it.

This is what the Sovereign Lord says: Again and again your guilt cries out against you, for you are not ashamed of your sin. You don't even try to hide it! Wherever you go, whatever you do, all your actions are filled with sin. So now the time of your punishment has come!
"O you corrupt and wicked prince of Israel, your final day of reckoning is here! Take off your jeweled crown, says the Sovereign Lord. The old order changes-now the lowly are exalted, and the mighty are brought low. Destruction! Destruction! I will surely destroy the kingdom. And it will not be restored until the one appears who has the right to judge it. Then I will hand it over to him.
A better translation, perhaps, of Ezekiel 21:24-27 The meaning of the prophesy is fulfilled in the first restoration after the Babylonian captivity, I believe.

Eze 21:26 Thus saith the Lord GOD; Remove the diadem, and take off the crown: this shall not be the same: exalt him that is low, and abase him that is high.
Eze 21:27 I will overturn, overturn, overturn, it: and it shall be no more, until he come whose right it is; and I will give it him.

I don't know what scripture you are thinking of.
the thought of us returning to God (our rightful owner)
Genesis 3:
"In the sweat of thy face shalt thou eat bread, till thou return unto the ground; for out of it wast thou taken: for dust thou art, and unto dust shalt thou return."
or Psalm 90:
Thou turnest man to destruction; and sayest, Return, ye children of men.
god bless!!

i got a better thing in the Bible: KILL HOMOSEXUALS.
Lev 20:13 And if a man lie with mankind, as with womankind, both of them have committed abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them.
