If you count Meso-America and South America, there are about 1000 different Native American languages. Pick one.

In Timbisha (Death Valley), "white toe" would be tosapihtü tasitu, "one toe" would be sümü tasitu

You need to give a specific group, like the Sioux, Penobscot or the Cherokee. "Native American" is a broad term for many cultures and thus, languages.
