Well unfortunately your gender has caused most of that. So many times we as women open our hearts and spill our feelings to a guy and it scares him and he starts to retreat........u hear about it over and over. So now we like to sit back and wait until the guy makes the first move as far as emotional feelings. Once u open up to a woman and let her know how "u" feel about her, that is when u will know her true feelings, because she will feel safe enough to share those with u because she will know u are ready.

Well well you do like to generalize don't you?....I'm a woman who has never had that problem...because I'm upfront, and have no problem telling a man how i feel about him, especially if my feelings were strong for him.

Just pucker up wait untill you are alone in a senual spot and just tell him guys respect the my girlfreind waited untill we pulled into her driway at night and gave me a kiss and said I LOVE YOU in german i had no idea wut it meant but i looked it up and i was soo happy but i had strong feelings for her too buti thought i was just too soon Odds are he has the same feeling for you to its just whos bigger to say it first and personally i liked it when my girl told me > WiLL

i think i like the guy to say it first alot of women are afraid of being let down especially if he dosent feel the same.afraid maybee it will scare him off.
