Charles Worthington. Either Moisture Seal shampoo and conditioner or better still the Dream Hair range. I damaged my hair a while ago with bleaching, it was really brittle and using the Dream Hair ones sorted it out really well.

Quit the bleaching, all its doing is fouling up the water supply and nature. Someday those chemicals can end up in the drinking water supply.
Go natural! Say Yeah to your truthful DNA!
Your hair is thin cause your messing with it with those chemicals. Truth hurts sometimes.

Don't buy supermarket brands, head to a good hairdresser and look at brands like Joico, Redken ect. Some do excellent treatment packs that have protein.

Burt's Bees avocado pre-shampoo conditioner is really good. Then there's Philosophy shear splendor conditioning mask. This one is just awesome.

To make your own, mix a teaspoon of olive oil with half an avocado and make a paste, apply and leave for about half hour. supposed to be very good.
