whatever the Indigenous People called their Religious Belief System. from what I have read in History there have been very few ( if any ) of these Religious Belief Systems which were not condemned by the people who visited, invaded or conquered those who occupied the land originally.

Unfortunately, persecution of minority religious groups is not an uncommon occurrence. For members of the group being persecuted their group may seem like the most persecuted. Sunni, Shia, Christian, Jews, Baha'i have been or are now being persecuted.

Whiney Christians with no conception of history or their own ignoble narrative of oppression (the Crusades, settling in America, slavery, anti-semitism) will find a couple of instances of Christians being persecuted in fascist countries like Afghanistan and tell you it's Christians.

Obviously, throughout history, it's the Jews.

Truth is, any religion which forms a minority among any population at any point in history is likely to be persecuted within that population.

Over time I would say Judaism. The Bible even prophesized the Jews would suffer until the second coming of Christ. Other than that, I would say every individual is persecuted at some point for what they believe, and it is the individual that matters. We should all seek to be secure with ourselves and our beliefs. If we are, then no one can break us down.

Depending on where you're looking. Muslims are being persecuted in many countries, while Zoroastrians are being persecuted in Iran. Catholics are treated like crap in my hometown, while Protestants rule the rest.

All depends on where you are.

Every religion (or lack thereof), every race, every culture... they have all been persecuted, and they have all themselves persecuted others at one time or another.
