well considering you haven't eaten for the past few hours, your body was still burning off energy. then you have breakfast and everything is normal again. also a little loss of water weight first thing in the morning makes you look slimmer, for the same reason of hours of fasting.

Alot of the food you ate during the day has digested. It takes about 4 hours for carbos to digest, as much as double that for proteins.

Ya I agree with you. I think because the whole nite when we are sleeping the body have burn out out fat and after awake, as we put in food and water the body starts to expand again.
