My son is full of energy but stick thin. He's 10 yrs old. Im hoping there is a weight gainer product that safe for children out there to help him put on a few pounds. If you know of any please advise.

first of all is he eating a good diet? and has he had a physical? does he have a intestinal problm? he doesn't need a weight gain if he is eating right and I mean RIGHT. check ou the FDA FOOD triangle and make sure he is drinking alot of water.. you would be surprised the lack of daily nutrition in the American diet. cover your bases and he will be fine.

If he doesn't have any medical problems I wouldn't be too worried, He might just have the thin look sewn up. He will probably start to mass out as he gets closer to puberty.

as long as your YOUNG son is healthy everything is fine. fat or thin does not equal health. just give it some time till he hits puberty, he will bulk up like you wouldn't believe. but if you are really sacred for him try vitamins... but make sure you can keep up with his increased appetite.

Pediasure nutrition drink. It's expensive, though.
