Which affects more to health - smoking or drinking?
To this my answer is that Smoking affects more to health.
However, I want to add a few more lines in this connection. In fact, both are bad for your health. If you
are not even regular smoker, you can get from respiratory
problems to even lung cancer. However, there are very
few lucky people, who has smoke full life but still live
as long as 90 and more years but such cases are isolated. Regarding drinking, if you are heavy and long
time drinker, you have chance to die from liver cancer.
But so far as per different researches, one to two pegs
are okay for your body even if you are drinking regularly.
In conclusion, better quit smoking, if you are smoker, &
do not drink much and avoid drunk driving and finally,
never mix smoking and drink, which is the worst one.
God bless you all.

The baby will be fine as long as she quits the behavior now. Drinking occasionally before you have found out you're pregnant happens to even adult women who are not actively trying to conceive, and as long as the behavior doesn't continue, everything will be fine. I would also encourage your friend to stop smoking or at least cut back drastically in order to prevent some of the birth defects that may be associated with smoking. This can be done! I went cold turkey when I found out I was pregnant with #1. Your friend really needs to get some prenatal care, and in the meantime she can go to the grocery store and buy a bottle of pregnancy vitamins (which are very important in making a healthy baby) Please just make sure she goes to a dr., none of us can guarantee health, she needs to be under a dr.'s care

Both affects you badly. Smoking would leads you having respiratory problems and other problems such as yellow teeth and many more. For drinking, in a longer run, it may leads you to have liver problems such as liver cirrhosis. So, I believe that both do affects badly. Try to get support from the medical workers, friends and family if you think u want to stop these habit. Try to recognise what are the factors that leads you to have these actions done. For example. hanging out with friend A and B would lead you to smoke with them.My advice, try to identify what the main factors that leads u to do these stuffs.

depends on what you most concern about. Smoking hits lungs and drinking - liver. How much harm - depends on your inheritance and how much you smoke and drink. Some men die about 90 and almost all their life they smoked and drank. And some die before they started seriously smoking and drinking.

i do both but i think drinking
ppl get used to the mind altering fun of it and it seems in my experience is harder to give up. it's more socially accepted, i think
if your a cronic drinker it can push u to the grave faster than smokes i rekon,
oh well, we're here to have fun, but not go overboard! (easier said than done)
