if your mom & dad height is short no one can increased ur height
other wise u should go to gym do excercise regarding height
like pull ups
taking the weght in your feet have pull up hang on the rod till u can hold
& always thing positive that my height will grow u will grow dont be deeprice

first of all ur height depends on ur genetic constitution,i mean depends on ur parents height.Still if u have good nourishing food,do stretching exercise,it may help.
Or else if still u want to increase ur height,there are some surgical procedures where u can elongate bones of ur lower limb.U'll have to consult to an orthopaedician for that.Of course it has its own side effects.So be aware of all positive as well as negative effects of it,

Go for jugging every morning or do at least 15 pull ups daily or do cycling.otherwise go to go ogle and type fitness activity it may show u some precautions.
