That maybe she does have small breast.

It sounds like she wants some reaffirmation that she's okay; maybe she's in a relationship with a guy who never tells her how pretty she is. Or maybe she just wants someone to notice them. It would depend on the context that she said it in.
Some will like them, some won't, so what?
The girl I am completely smitten with has a svelte figure and I think she's the most beautiful woman I've ever seen.

Do any of us like small breasts? Count me in. Anything over a mouthful is a waste anyways, and my mouth isn't really that big.

Why would anyone with small breasts need to say that? It would be obvious if they are small, just as it would be obvious if they were big. All you are doing is drawing more attention to them by talking about them.

I for one am only attracted to a girl with a small bust. I don't know what makes guys attracted to big ones? Be happy with what you have and not having to tote large ones around all the time. Be happy!

Men are attracted to confident women. If a girl is constantly putting herself down then she clearly isn't confident or attractive. Don't draw attention to such things because in the long run it really doesn't matter and I think you are aware of that.

Love 'em! Bigger isn't always better!!! I prefer a pair of small firm breasts to a pair of pendulous bags anyday.
