I didnt know if you lacked vitamins or minrals you could be fat but if I had to choose one I would say minerals because you can take vitamin supplements and you wouldnt gain any weight. Try your gardest to get all of the vitamins and minrals that you need. It will pay off in the long run.

Lack of vitamins and minerals leads to other complications which are as serious as obesity.

Lack of both. Starvation also make people Fat Because of collection of Fluids . Thats why people in Africa and places have big Stomachs

hi, as u think vitamins or minerals do not take any calorific value .... it can be due to over eating and lack of exercise ... try early morning walk .... it helps to maintain yr blood cholesterol level...

yes it is possible, cause we need diff vitamins fom the healthy food, for metabolizing the fat, and if the digestion is not correct, then the fat gets stored, you can read verious articles on this topic in this site.
