You are quite normal. I love having my salad tossed, because then I get a mouthful of everything, not just a plain salad leaf. I especially loved, tossed Cesar salad! Add lots of dressings, and toss with Parmesan, Yum!

Just make sure you don't toss it all the way, otherwise you'll turn the dressing upside down.

Yes, as long as you are gentle with my salad and use plenty of virgin olive oil for lubrication.
