I think its one of the greatest books ever written.
I read it and it changed my life.
If you haven't read it, I would recommend that you do. The author is Thomas a Kempis.

P.S: If you know any other books like "The imitation of Christ" please let me know. Thanks...a lot

yes the imitation of Christ is a classic book that if followed and applied each day will cause you a greater union in Jesus, I suggest these Catholic books for you, `Let us be on our way` by John Paul ll, and `Let God`s light shine forth` the spiritual vision of Poe Benedict XVI by Robert Moynihan.
Also the manty books and tapes of Father. John Corapi are excellant Catholic reading.

I haven't read the one you reference but I would recommend just about any book written by Dr. Norman Vincent Peele.
