it depends on how much you are willing to pay, delta airlines cost about five hundred dollars and stops in slat lake city utah and then you have to catch another flight to continue on to pheonix. so it all depends on how much you are willing to pay and how responsible you think they are as in if they can catch a connectying flight or if you should just send them on with as non stop flight.

Assuming "btm" means Baltimore, then definetly, DEFINETLY southwest airlines. They are based out of BWI and have i think 3 to 6 daily flight to/from PHX. Also, i flew my son on SWA and they treated him like gold, plus they are pretty cheap, so most definetly go SWA if you want to save $$
