In order to win a girl's heart, you have to make her laugh, be REALLY nice to her, be a gentleman( this means picking up her stuff if they fall..I always appreciate it when a guy picks up something I dropped for me), and you could even show her you care about her and give her a present and balloon for her birth-day. Finally, you could give her a present for valentines day. Get her something you know she'll like! ..not the ordinary gifts(chocolates) get something for her that you know means alot to her. For example, you could give her a scrap book of all the fun times you spent together (alone). Hope I helped! :-)
