Alien, in proper meaning is stranger. I don't know about reptilian hybrids, but the Bible does talk about giants, which is thought to be a human-demon type of hybrid. This is in Genesis. There were several names for them. David killed one.

Talking alot of nonsense although there is a well in india that is said to lead to the lizard men's world and Tibetan buddhism has some stuff about it.Although it's probably only because reptiles are so alien to mammels they are sometimes threatening.
