In a lot of cases, you can't... If you have been intimate with a guy, he'll get jealous and upset that someone else is getting it...

Best to just say "bye-bye" to them and let them slip away...

stop seeing him/them--- and stop stringing along --- it's finished (i presume) and get on with life !
