No, actually the flood of Noah's day took care of that for the mean time.
It is actually supposed to have been in an area of Turkey according to where the rivers mentioned in the Bible watered it.
I did happen to find an article from 1971 in case you want to know a bit more about where it was.
****************
Now there was a river issuing out of E´den to water the garden, and from there it began to be parted and it became, as it were, four heads. 11 The first one’s name is Pi´shon; it is the one encircling the entire land of Hav´i·lah, where there is gold. 12 And the gold of that land is good. There also are the bdellium gum and the onyx stone. 13 And the name of the second river is Gi´hon; it is the one encircling the entire land of Cush. 14 And the name of the third river is Hid´de·kel; it is the one going to the east of As·syr´i·a. And the fourth river is the Eu·phra´tes. - Genesis 2:10-14

There is an exact location. Somewhere in the middle east. I don't think much as left of it after the great flood.

I have a sneaky suspicion that it is/was Atlantis. But that's based on mostly theory.
I also always kinda wondered if the delta triangle isn't the entry way. You know no one would ever come back if they found it even for relatives(as much as we'd like to say we would)

Spend a few moments just THINKING about your question. Then put it on a scale of 1 to 10 for likelihood.

Yes, many believe it is somewhere in the region of Shat El Arab.
(At the top of the Persian Gulf). No wonder we have so much trouble in that region.
