Well, I think you're quite lucky to still have your balls attached to your body. I probably would have done the same thing if my husband told me something like that.
You should have grown up and broke it off first before you decided to test out the waters elsewhere. If you act like an idiot, things are bound to happen.
Walk it off. Pressing charges because you got kicked in the balls only makes you look like the fool. She'll get off with a slap on the wrist and you'll look like a fool in court for cheating and then taking her to court over your poor testicles. ;-)

Well even though u are a bastard for cheating, she shouldn't have went that far(although I would have done worse to u). But I'm not sure whether u can press charges, I don't think the police will take that so seriously.

If she has been abusing you before this then by all means press charges. But YOU are the one who CHEATED and she TRUSTED YOU. Stay away from her, if you have apologized then that is the end of it. Let this one go.
