you can always look into getting your thyroid tested..
that seems to cause some people to be over weight no matter what they do if its low that is..
you can go have that checked out at your dr's

Key to losing weight
burn more calories then you consume.
BUT for some people that is hard because of genetics, injury, cant get motivated, too busy with other stuff.
Join a gym, do Body Pump & RPM 4 X week (so 2 Pump classes and 2 RPM classes). Walking wont help you lose weight (although it will still improve your health).
Talk to a gym trainer, sit down together and work out a plan. You may think you are doing all you can but before you consider surgery you should at least sit down with a professional and really evaluate your current lifestyle to see if other health options can be added.

To lose weight effectively you need to add cardio to you routine. At least 3 times a week. This means elevating your heart rate for an extended period of time. To start out with about 30 minutes.
Do a really hard run for about 5 min and then check your heart rate immediately after. that will be your max heart rate. Try to reach about 75-80% of that for the cardio session. Walking will not do it.

If you weigh enough to qualify for bariatric surgery, then you aren't eating little meals.
Find a diet you can live with and follow it strictly. This means measuring & weighing food if necessary. There are several online programs, or just buy a diet book and follow it.

Don't diet!! That's the worse thing you can do!! Have you heard of Paul McKenna, he's a psychotherapist/hypnotist and he's got a book and CD out called I Can Make You Thin, I've tried it and it works a treat. Give it a go, surgery has lots of risks and is not always the answer.

eating little meals wont do you any good... little and often is better i feel. Also when you are doing your walking walk a little bit faster or maybe a slow jog... you need to sweat to lose weight hun...

its not that bcuz u walk and by eating less u'l lose wait...u should make ur diet to be proper first..use oats in ur meals bcuz it give u more energy and has less fat....and stop taking cheese, butter,cakes and chocolates......use only condensed milk it is fat free...and add more vegetables in ur lunch and for dinner drink a glass full of milk and any fruit salad..eat ur dinner before 8pm ....donot go for any operation it may affect ur health alot....try it
