People are different online than they are in person. Do some fun things together in a friendly setup and see how you feel then. If you still don't see it going anywhere, be honest, but please don't tell her you think she's unattractive. Tell her how much you value your conversations and her friendship, that you think she's great, but that you simply don't feel like it'll go any further and you would rather just stay friends (or stop seeing each other, depending on what is true for you) than lead her on and break her heart. She'll appreciate it more than if you just leave her hanging.

Tough choice. The fact you are even asking indicates that you may be more attracted to her than you think just because you actually LIKE her. Personally, I think if I were you I would continue the relationship on a friendly basis (be careful not to lead her on) and see what happens. If that doesn't work, then just nicely cool it.

anyway usually over the phone, if guy/ger voice sounds sweet etc..in real, he/she may not be attractive
just tell her you like to remain as friend and draw a distance between friends
