I'm wondering if there is something going around. I don't want to go to the doctor because the symptoms are manageable. If you've had these symptoms and its a bug or something, let me know. Thanks

It might be due to some food poison or indigestion. Better go to a physician please.

It sounds like a stomach virus. Keep hydrated -- the last thing you want is too get dehydrated. Drink Gatorade if you have it. Ginger ale might help settle the nausea. Eat popsicles.

Avoid milk and heavy foods.

The doctors suggested the BRAT diet when my kids were younger and had the stomach virus

B - Bananas
R - Rice
A - Apples
T - Toast -- plain toast -- no butter, jam, etc

If you still sick after a couple of days - then visit your doctor.

Good luck -- I hope you feel better soon.

Sounds like gastro to me. Myself and my two kiddies have all had this, just a couple of weeks ago. Most unpleasant!
If you still have it after a couple of days, then it wouldn't hurt to see a doctor.

First and for most you need to go to your doctor and get checked out. Secondly, it sounds like acid reflux , cancer but could be something more serious than you think. Stop trying to diagnose yourself and and go get checked.
