I had this with my daughter when she was young, just give her a well balanced diet and let her pick at what she wants, trust me she will not starve! She may not eat as much as you would like her to but she will eat when she gets hungry so just make sure she eats the right kind of foods.

If they don't eat much then what they do get must be really nutritious, juicing is a good idea, and you can "hide" mashed up veg in tomato pasta sauces. Vitamin supplements may be an option for a while. If you make a fuss then they realise that this is a "hot button" for you and will keep using it to irritate you or even control you so put their food in front of them, remove it after a reasonable period of time and just get on with your routine. This is actually a problem which is yours, they don't see it as one. Parents give love through feeding their offspring and we feel we're failing if we're not getting it right. You're not failing, you are doing your best which is all we can ever do.

Sometimes my little boy doesn't seem to want to eat but if you offer him something else he will eat it. He's hungry but doesn't want what I've prepared. Children have their likes and dislikes just like adults and if your child doesn't like (for example) cucumber then he won't eat it will he?
Sometimes though you can cheat a bit. For example by making a tomato sauce for pasta with extra veggies (e.g. brocolli, squash, courgette) that won't be touched if they are put on the plate whole and blending it all together in a liquidiser so you can't see the extra veggies and serving it over pasta shapes with plenty of cheese......

Probably because they have an active mind and their world is a wonderful, stimudon't worry.lating place.
If you've had the children checked medically and their is nothing amiss, and they eat a balanced diet (albeit in small amounts) well, don't worry!

My two daughters are the fussiest children in the world when it comes to food. My son is a dream and eats pretty much everything I give him.
I spoke to the Health Visitor who assures me that no child will starve itself. My advice is to keep offering new foods and give them stuff you know they will eat.
My eldest daughter is 5 next week and she is a healthy, happy girl.............

I am not really eating anything lately, because I am working on losing 60 pounds in 4 months. I chose todo this, others are really picky.
