Never in the Commons, there was one in Monroe, there is one in Chester, there's one in New Windsor, and there's one in Newburgh.

i dont remember there ever being one. there's one in monroe....
and one towards newburgh though. maybe you're thinking of one of them. the one in monroe is really old.
