leave him there is no better thing for you to do, obviously there still wanting to be together so let them be. Find a man who hasnt just got off a relationship. You need one thats been single for a good while so that the Ex just dosnt pop back into the picture

You didn't say what kind of kiss. If it was a peck and he has a friendly relationship I don't see there's an issue, if he kissed her in ways that tells you it wasn't just friendly, the right thing to do is let him know you didn't approve and then let him go.

why would he even be still seeing his ex anyway?? i have a problem with people who remain in contact with their exes (one reason i won't date a guy who has kids, i don't wanna have anything to do with the ex).
I'd kick his ***, dump him and move far away.
