Hi there...hematuria (blood in urine) could be symptomatic of a lower urinary tract infection. Is she frequently having to urinate, straining... but little comes out? Vomiting could indicate something related if the toxins in the kidneys are backed up which would make a cat feel nauseated or be an independent problem. There are too many factors to consider until your vet diagnose and treats. Age is an important factor because this also could be kidney failure (CRF) which is very common in senior cats. I hope your cat will recover soon.

It's quite possible that your cat has eaten a rodent that has been poisoned with bait. The poison breaks down the organs of the animal that has ingested it and they bleed out, if your cat has eaten a poisoned animal, rat or mouse, it too will have the same reaction. They can bleed out of every oraface. This happened to a cat of mine, 10 years ago, by the time I had gotten her to the vet, it was too late, she had absorbed most of the poison. Get to the vet right now, to be on the safe side.

Blood in Urine shows urinary tract infection or renal problem. But she throws up blood too, so it might be something different. Has she swallowed anything? Is she old? I don't know really, just good luck and go to the doctor ASAP!

I give up. It is not a good sign. Blood in the urine and throwing up blood is quite unusual.

My guess is kidney failure as well. I had a cat that was vomiting blood and stuff. We were too late and had to put him to sleep. So take your cat to the vet ASAP.

i assume - their our bodies are internally such as ours (for this reason we dissect a cat in anatomy and body structure type). regrettably it may't let us know that it is head hurts. perhaps that is why it is going to burrow lower than the blankets contained in the quietest room contained in the living house.

The Internet is a great tool, however it is not a great tool for self-dianosis for yourself, or your pets. Take your pet to the Vet immediately - time is of the essence.
