Yes it's true,
When you sneeze, all the functions of your body stop, even heart but just for a one- millionth of a second!! that is why when we sneeze, someone who is near you says"God Bless You"
It is natural and it does not harm! Trust me!

Sneezing is a way that your body gets rid of bad things that are in your nose. These things might be bacteria, germs, and other things. You also sneeze when you smell pepper because your body does not like pepper! Bodily functions do not stop
