Build decent infrastructure (roads paved, sidewalks constructed); build proper visitor facilities (hotels, motels, convention and meeting centers); make sure that visitors personal needs are met adequately (plenty of CLEAN restrooms, gift stores, pharmacies, department stores, restaurants, proper police protection) and finally, provide attractions (swimming pools, amusement parks, festivals, bazaars, scenic or historic sites, museums, planetariums, botanical gardens, zoos, aquariums and so forth).

the develped countries have the infrastructure already thats y they r called developed
all they need is good clean facilities and open hearted people .
and preserve the natural beauty for tourists to see and enjoy
